Keyboard bind "PAGE DOWN" incorrect FONT Size.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. go to Keyboard & Mouse Settings.
2. set "PAGE DOWN" key to any keyboard shortcut.
3. change language to "italiano".
4. observe the key in STEP_2

Observed Result: 

1. the text has a smaller size.
