No Achievement for Rainbow Collection

I've spent two days doing nothing in a new world (survival mode) but to get all the wool dyed. I got the 16 colors but no achievement. I've gotten 34 achievements but the last one was December 8th. For some reason, I'm not getting achievements. I'm attaching a screenshot showing all 16 color collected. Any idea why I'm not getting achievements. I did stayin Frosty and didn't get that achievement either. That's why I started with a new world in survival mode (and never changed from being in survival mode)
