Wither Skellies and Pigmen do not Sprint as they should

Wither skeleton and aggro'd pigmen mobs do not sprint. This can be tested by walking away from them backwards; they cannot catch up with you whilst you are moving.

I'm assuming this a bug and not a MCPE 'feature.'
