Water in Cauldron differs from Water Tint

Summary

Water tint in Bedrock Beta 1.16.230.54 has been changed to match Java Edition's in line of parity. However, this leaves the water tint in cauldrons unchanged, causing a parity adrift. Unlike Java Edition, the water in the cauldron does not change according to biomes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain Bucket of Water and Cauldron
2. Place a Cauldron near a body of water/various biomes
3. Fill it with water
4. Watch the difference in color beside water
