Wall glitch where player passes through a wall with one block not in front of feet

Weird glitch when there is a floating block with only 1 air block under it, players can pass through it and potentially get stuck in it if there r multiple blocks and eventually suffocate. Only after if break the block u r suffocating in, you can survive. Especially happens when exiting ladder sideways in multi story builds.
