When i turn on rtx in a world it just comes up with a black screen

When i enable rtx in my work it will work for a bit but will come up with a black screen but i am only able rain and stars, however when disabled it will go back to normal and i am able to see blocks again. also i have noticed that it disables upscaling when it happens.
