Powder snow has no walls from the inside

Summary:

Going inside the powder snow, fog is superimposed, but the walls from the inside are gone.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place powder snow in two blocks.
2. Go inside.

Observed results:

There are no walls, and because of this, the nearest blocks are visible.

Expected results:

The walls should appear.
