Can't place 6 glowing lichens in one block

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

If you fill it in one block, you can place the glowing lichen only on 5 sides. When placed in java from all sides.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Crawl into one block.
2. Try placing glowing lichen on all sides.

Observed results:

Glowing lichen does not fit on one side.

Expected results:

All sides will be filled.
