Only nether Biomes fog is changeable via resource packs on mobile

When you change values in the dog's folder in a resource pack it just affects the nether Biomes fog, you can't change underwater visibility or lava visibility, on render dragon (Windows 10) You can change it as your heart desires and it will work normally
