The light in the swamp and the warm ocean still does not correspond to java

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

The changelog says the light now matches the java slightly better.

Amazing work! But there is a small flaw. 

It is no longer foggy in the swamp (muddy shade), but in the light ocean it is dark
Need to be finalized)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find a warm ocean.
2. Find the swamp.

Observed results:

These waters have a blue tint to the water.

Expected results:

The color of the water must match the biome.
