Entities still shake after exiting powder snow

When you walk out of the powder snow, the player still shaking, even though it's no longer in frozen condition.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down powder snow and get inside of it.
2. Wait until you're fully frozen inside
3. Get out and let the froze effect get away.
---> You're still shaking.

Notes: The workaround here is just simply exiting the world and rejoin the world again.
