So my Xbox was turned off I had full netherite prot 4 and I go on my Xbox the next day and I am dead and lost all my things so please help me please

I lost all my items to a glitch and now I don't even want to play the game that I love because I spent months getting everything and being proud of what I got done and now it's all gone
