Firefighter missions issue

I can no longer complete the fire missions and I'm very disappointed when i go to mission location to the mission I can't complete which is catching hosey the dog and returning him there is no dog to be seen what should be seen is a a wolf type looking dog and I enjoy doing the missions and it's disappointing that I can't complete them anymore and I have attached a screenshot showing that there is no dog running around
