Light block does not fit in one block with a frame

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

Light block does not fit in one block with a frame. In the Java version, it is placed in one block with a frame, and it also does not correspond to the Armor Stand.

It should be like snow and grass)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the frame.
2. Take the light block.
3. Aim at the block on which the frame is placed.

Observed results:

Nothing happened.

Expected results:

The light block will be placed in the same block with the frame.
