I can’t join my friend world

I can't play multiplayer games with my friends. I've been stuck on the location server. After waiting for a long time, I can't play the game. I also tried to download the game again and log in to the account again, but the multiplayer game cannot be played.I join my other friends world , but I only can’t join that world
