Minecraft RTX - FPS drop - VSYNC

The VSYNC of the new version 1.16.220 produces drops in FPS drastically from 60 to 30 fps. This produced more regularly under water, unlike before where I had a better fps ie between 55 and 60 fps.

There is no option to disable the VSYNC.
