Crossbow on Fallout Mashup pack has been changed.

The crossbow texture has been changed over to the elders rolls texture, it used to be like a weird harpoon gun now it is a mideavil crossbow, also there is no texture for the withering 2 arrow, the original crossbow texture is still in classic ps4 but it is gone in bedrock addition.
