hoppers and minecraft to pickup

so i randomly have minecrafts just despawning through my world. and now hopper minecarts don't pick up from chest.  Had to make a couple unconvinced changes to my layout.  also have villages despawning at random times as well even if i have them locked behind doors so they don't get attacked
