Werid Item Bug

Ive been in minecraft and realized a Werid BLOCK. Not 1. But 2!! ITS CRAZY!!! 1. Item Frame Glow bug. I placed it down and It was A UPDATE TEXTURE??? It worked like a normal item frame But THE TEXTURE. Fix it ASAP. 2. Blank. It is so werid. It shows a White and Grey 2x2 pixel. It has no name. You hold it, Drop it, Anything. Its blank when youd drop or hold.
