Dyed Signs Coloured Wrong

When Using Dye (Bug Is Not Found When Using The Section Sign) In Certain Locations Dyed Signs Will Be Lighter Than Normal. Light Level Seems To Have No Difference And Neither Does Rotation. It Happens W/ All Colours (Except From Black)
