Unable to control with Dualsense controller

Minecraft is unplayable when it is connected to Dualsense controller, mapping is wrong and weird, camera keep spinning even though I did not touch controller at all, and Minecraft can not detect when I pressed R1 trigger.

I tried to manually set the button in game but it did not fix the problem.
