Fence, Glass Pane, Wall, Iron Bars connect with honey block

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

Fence, Glass Pane, Wall, Iron Bars connect with honey block. This does not fit the java version.

It is also worth remembering that a honey block is an incomplete block. This explains this behavior in the Java version.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the honey block.
2. Place Fence, Glass Pane, Wall, Iron Bars next to its sides.

Observed results:

Fence, Glass Pane, Wall, Iron Bars will connect to the honey block.

Expected results:

Fence, Glass Pane, Wall, Iron Bars will not connect to the honey block as the honey block is an incomplete block and in the Java version they do not connect.
