All bloc and item textures are bugged

Since the 1.16.230.50 beta, all block textures are broken? They seem entierly off-centered... This is also true for the blocks when placed.

As you can see on the screenshot, it is very annoying fot incomplete blocks.

How to reproduce:
I don't really know. I don't have any packs installed and never had on that device. It just happens.
