Lost Data in Windows Phone 8.1

I had to remove the game from my Lumia 820 (Windows Phone 8.1) because I couldn't open it (the tile was grey). Now, it seems I lost all my worlds! I put a lot of hard work in them. The game was installed on a SanDisk micro SD.
