Mobs Despawned on new chunks and caves cant be found or does not exist(except underground caves)

When you create a world even if you turned on experimental and caves and cliffs button it still wont generate caves as well as the mobs keeps despawning whenever a nee chunk is loaded (use fly to see the mobs despawn) also some of the new blocks are invisible.
