Can not see new features in Beta

Hello there! 
I just bought Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my phone a month ago and I joined to beta testing too on Google Play, but everytime I update to a new beta version I don't get any new feature and I am verifying the changelogs to see if you are adding something new. I have the latest version now: 1.16.250.32 and I don't have a lot of items that are supposed to be there. Anyway, on the top of the game it says the right version. I gave you a screenshot with one of the features I didn't get.
So, let me know what should I do to get them.
