Wither Skeleton Stil Firing Arrows

WIther Skeleton outside the Nether Will Shoot Arrows just like normal skeleton in overworld . i know this bug was created before but it has not yet been fixed cant take photo arrow is fast btw its for all devices ive tried it but not android ones
