Zombies, zombie villagers, and husks hold tridents backwards when attacking

When a zombie, zombie villager, or husk is attacking with a trident, the trident is held backwards.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a zombie
2. Give the zombie a trident
3. Spawn a zoglin or switch to Survival mode

Observed Results:
When the zombie attacks, the trident is held backwards.

Expected Results:
The trident should not be held backwards.
