Bug with Soul Vampire animation (and other outerwear)

Before update to 1.16.230.50 I get animation bug with clother. Animation can be both in the screenshot and completely covering the skin.
Just equip this and you get this bug.
Other peoples see this too.

It is impossible to say much, since the bug appeared after the update and I did nothing with it.
