Cave vine is missing from inventory and command.

Cave vine is missing from inventory and command, But still appear as glitch form when turn on Education Edition setting. The video with 1.90 MB has taken from world with Education Edition setting the one with 600 kB is a normal world. (This might only happen with my device and I don't have shot from command menu)
