When you look at the seagrass, kelp, and corals a bit far from them, it renders outside or in front of the water.

Step to Reproduce
1. Find any seagrass, kelp, or corals in the ocean.
2. Make sure you're looking at a distance to notice it's not in the water.
3. Try to see it in a very low FOV.
