Screen overlay doesn't render when inside a block

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Surround yourself with blocks so you don't get pushed;
2. Trap yourself in sand, gravel, concrete powder, etc.

Observed Results:
The screen overlay doesn't render, allowing you to see through the world (x-ray glitch).

Expected Results:
A screen overlay with the texture of the block is rendered, avoiding the x-ray glitch.
