Glow lichen is not found in nature among the vines

Glow lichen is not found in nature among the vines.

It's on the Items tab.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open your inventory in the items tab or all.
2. Find the glow lichen.

Observed results:

The glowing lichen will be in the items tab, instead of nature and not among the vines.

Expected results:

The glowing lichen will be among the vines in nature.

Note:

In the Java version, it is located in the nature tab next to the vine.
