Achievement doesn’t mark as done even if I have completed it

I have completed traveling to 5 nether biomes as the photos shown, but it does not count as a  complete achievement and does not offer the “fire” shirt. I have tried to close and reopen the game or go back to the world I set this achievement but it still does not count.
