Active conduit doesn't display/render its heart

There are several errors and I have noticed one in particular, when activating the conduit, nothing is surrounding the shells but where is the heart of the sea?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate a conduit

Observed Results:

No heart of the sea appears

Expected Results:
The heart of the sea should be in the shells
