I can't put seeds

Hello, I'd like to report a bug in the game. It basically tries that I can't put some seeds from any block of soil even using the sickle. I would like to receive an answer to this and see if they can fix it so that I can play well in my survival with my friends (it is in version 1.16.220.52 beta)
