Wall, Fence, Iron Bars and Glass Pane do not connect with azaleas and flowering azaleas

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

Wall, Fence, Iron Bars and Glass Pane do not connect with azaleas and flowering azaleas.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place azaleas and flowering azaleas.
2. Place the above blocks side by side.

Observed results:

Blocks do not connect with azaleas.

Expected results:

The blocks will connect with azaleas (as in the Java version).
