My already downloaded worlds from the marketplace are saying they need to be downloaded, but never finish downloading

My already downloaded worlds from the marketplace are saying they need to be downloaded, but never finish downloading. The packs that are affected are Simburbia and Bloom. The problem appears out of nowhere and I can't get rid of it
