World deletion

I had not been on Minecraft for a while and was signed in with an Xbox account and I wanted to go on it again to play with some friends, however, when I went back on it I was signed out. When I signed back in, all my world and brought packages disappeared. I thought this was because I was logged out of my Xbox account or maybe the data was stored on my device but I’m not quite sure. I've already tried re-downloading and restoring purchases which have not worked.
