Platform to Platform

I have a copy of [Minecraft: Bedrock Edition] for my [Nintendo Switch], which is linked to my [Microsoft] account. So my [Microsoft] account should, in theory, acknowledge that I have [Minecraft: Bedrock Edition]. However, going into the [Microsoft Store] with my [Microsoft] account compels me to buy [Minecraft: Bedrock Edition] for [Windows 10] for $29.99 - although I already have the game and some achievements. I do not know if there is a way to port the purchase of [Minecraft: Bedrock Edition] from my console to my PC, but the fact my [Microsoft] account knows I have the game and have to buy it a second time baffles me.
