Big Dripleaf stems doesn't drop big dripleaf block

When you break the big dripleaf stems, it doesn't drop the big dripleaf block, like on the latest Java snapshot.

Step to Reproduce
1. Grow a big dripleaf with bone meal.
2. Break the stem of the big dripleaf.
---> It only drops the top part of the big dripleaf, the stems doesn't drop anything.
