Solid blocks at head level behave like transparent blocks.

Solid blocks are behaving like transparent block and I'm able to walk into them and suffocate. Only blocks at head level do this. The bug seems to occur when I'm using scaffolding although I'm not certain if that is what's causing it. Once it happens once it will continue to happen until I reload my world.
