Realm Download Import Failed Error

When I try to download my realm it downloads and says successful but them when it starts to import it says import failed then an error box opens. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, downloads older backups, copying world from the realm start menu. It's not an Internet error as the realm loads and my friends can still join.
