In creative mode, in flight mode, you cannot descend on vines and ladders

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In creative mode, you cannot descend ladders and all vines while flying.

The vine and the ladder do not fit the parity tracking rule, but since this is one problem, I think it is not difficult to fix it in these blocks as well 

Affected blocks:

• Ladders
• Vines
• Weeping Vines
• Glow Berries
• Twisting vines

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to creative mode.
2. Take off.
3. Place the above blocks (several blocks high).
4. Stand on the very top of the blocks and try to lower yourself inside them (by pressing the shift key).

Observed results:

You cannot get down.

Expected results:

The player will descend slightly more slowly, but will not stop. Like the Java version or like Scaffolding!
