Nether chunks load in overworld, cant move

I was playing minecraft with my friend, Maria (Angeldust7486), and i died in the nether. I respawned in the overworld with nether chunks, could not view my map or move. I had op in the world so i teleported to my friend and i could not move still. I told my friend to kill me but i did not see the died menu. I could break blocks while i was dead still, but only slowly as items are broken. I could not open my inventory and i /kill' ed myself but i did not die still. Because i was hit, my screen shook like it does, but it never stoped. I dont know how the bug happened and dont know how to get the bug. Try to get it. 2 players 2 Places 1 world be in nether and all of that. Please try to fix it if you can. Cant send a screen shot because i did not take one.
