Character Creator: "V-Cut Dyed Tips" Hair Glitch

While using the hair option "V-Cut Dyed Tips" with certain outer wear items like the Swamp Gala Cloak or the Witch's Robe, a graphical glitch occurs (see pictures). This also happens while using some back items like the Vex Wings.
