Error Code: -9

Logging in with my Microsoft account, it "successfully" logs in, but it says: "error list -9." I also cannot load or edit on a computer or universal skins, access the marketplace, join friends, or invite friends. When I load in a world, it always says: Oops! Your Microsoft account was disconnected. to re-connect, return to the title screen. I return, load up the world, and it says the same thing. It also says I have no friends added.
