Skins not appearing properly towards other players

We had purchased the Minecraft star wars DLC smash up, and the skins appeared as usual but towards other player's they appear as the default skin (Steve). Can this bug be fixed please

 

 

e.g - player 1 is seen on the left side as the Darth Vader in third person and player 2 is seen on the right side in first person looking at player 1. And player 2 sees him not as Darth Vader but as the default skin (Steve) as you can see
