Using bone meal on big dripleaf and small dripleaf while sneaking does not give green particles

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place small dripleaf and big dripleaf.
2. Take bone meal.
3. Hold the shift key.
4. Use bone meal on the dripleaf.

Observed results:

Dripleaf will grow from bone meal, but there will be no particles.

Expected results:

When using bone meal while sneaking, particles appear.
