The texture of the sides of the hanging roots does not match the java version

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:
In the Java version, if you go around the hanging roots, the right and left sides will always be the same. In the thigh, the texture has a very strange position.
In fact, the texture of the sides is the same.
In the bedrock version, it is mirrored on both sides.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place hanging roots.
2. Look at different sides of the hanging roots.

Observed results:
The right and left sides of hanging roots are always different.

Expected results:
The right and left sides always have the same texture (as in the Java version).
